SDSA Promotions are a family run world wide motorhome rental business based in Stamford, Lincolnshire in England.

Primarily we are involved in Motorhome rentals worldwide, we work with many Motorhome rental suppliers, acting as their reservations agent. We have been working in this capacity since February 2002 and have worked hard to build our business and reputation as a prominent provider of Motorhome rentals.

Our belief is that each client that approaches us is an individual with unique needs and questions. With this in mind we offer a much personalised service, tailored specifically for you. Right from the moment you initially contact us, either by phone or e-mail, your personal service starts with the quotation we send to you which is created especially for you.

Rest assured, we do not employ any hard line marketing tactic’s or hard sell methods such as follow up spam e-mails or telephone calls. We provide a “no obligation” Motorhome rental quotation to you in the first instance and then it’s your choice if you want to follow up on it – we will never chase you for your business.

From here on in it is not uncommon for us to get to know our clients wherever they might be in the world. We understand that reserving a Motorhome rental is not only a big expense for most people but also that it might be your first time driving a larger than normal vehicle in a strange country. To that end we are here to answer your questions and offer advice.

Our reservation process is quite simple, following on from sending you your quotation we answer any and all of your queries to your satisfaction. Once you are completely satisfied with everything we will invite you to make either a deposit or full payment depending on how close your pick up date is. If you have made a deposit we will remind you before your final balance is due. On payment of the final balance you will be sent your documentation which includes your Motorhome rental voucher.

Paying For Your Motorhome Rental:

Our payment system has changed in order to provide more secuirty for you, as before you are advised on how much your deposit or balance will be and exactly how much you will have to pay incluiding all local taxes.

Your payment is now made directly to the motorhome supplier and you will be advised how to make this payment.

You will always know beforehand how much is going to be charged as we always advise you of this.

Motorhomes Are Also Know As RV's

We only work with the top names in the business of Motorhome rentals. By only working with the most prominent suppliers we are assured that you will receive the best vehicles and service from our suppliers. Ensuring that you have a most enjoyable Motorhome rental experience.

If, any problems do crop up, we are always here to try to help to resolve any issues or concerns that you might have either during or after your rental is completed. We have extremely good relations with all of our suppliers and have never failed to find a satisfactory resolution to a problem.

Our belief is that our clients should be treated as we would expect be treated when looking to make use of a service.

Motorhome Rental Locations

We have many motorhome rental locations throughout the world and in the last few months have added more:

Motorhome rental in Argentina is now offered through a new supplier, Motor Home Time who have a greater range of vehicles and more depots throughout Argentina.

In Canada we work with two highly respected suppliers, West Coast Mountain Campers and Canadream. Both offer a diverse range of motorhomes for rental in Canada which available from coast to coast.

Our motorhome rental supplier in Finland is Touringcars, a highly respected and innotive operation with motorhomes through Scandinavia.

In France, our long association with Avis Car Way continues to flourish as out preferred motorhome rental supplier in France. We also are pleased to offer motorhome rental in France with McRent as well, the addition of McRent France expands not only the choice of vehicles but also the amount of extra depots as well.

Motorhome rental in Germany is provided exculsivly by McRent. McRent are another of our long tern suppliers whom we have built a very good relationship with over the years, their fleet provides for every imaginable need and they have depots through Germany.

McRent also provide our motorhome rental fleet in Holland, we welcome this new addition on board, again we can offer a good range of vehicles based at tow depots in Holland.

We also welcome another new location as we can now offer motorhome rental in Iceland through Touring Cars, this depot has only recently been introduced but it will offrer a great way to explore Iceland, this depots is open during the summer months only.

Yet another new location, one that we have wanted to offer for a very long time is Italy motorhome rentals, this ervice is provided by our trusted friends at McRent.

We continue to offer motorhome rentals in Norway through Touring Cars, the fleet has been updates with many new vehicles.

Another new addition to our portfolio is Portugal, yes we can now offer motorhome rental in Portugal in association with our friends at McRent.

In Spain, we continue to offer motorhome rental in Spain through our long standing friends at Euromotorhome and also welcome the additional vehicles and new locations provided by McRent.

Our motorhome rental in Sweden is provided by our friends at Touring Cars, again the vehicles have all been updated to offer a very modern and pactical range of vehicles.

Our USA motorhome and RV rental fleets continue to be provided by our two highly trusted suppliers, El Monte RV and Moturis, together these two operators provide 26 depots located throughout the USA
