SDSA Promotions are a family run world wide motorhome rental business based in Stamford, Lincolnshire in England.

Primarily we are involved in Motorhome rentals worldwide, we work with many Motorhome rental suppliers, acting as their reservations agent. We have been working in this capacity since February 2002 and have worked hard to build our business and reputation as a prominent provider of Motorhome rentals.

Right from the moment you initially contact us, either by phone or e-mail, your personal service starts with the quotation we send to you which is created especially for you.

Rest assured, we do not employ any hard line marketing tactic’s or hard sell methods such as follow up spam e-mails or telephone calls. We provide a “no obligation” Motorhome rental quotation to you in the first instance and then it’s your choice if you want to follow up on it – we will never chase you for your business.

From here on in it is not uncommon for us to get to know our clients wherever they might be in the world. We understand that reserving a Motorhome rental is not only a big expense for most people but also that it might be your first time driving a larger than normal vehicle in a strange country. To that end we are here to answer your questions and offer advice.

Our reservation process is quite simple, following on from sending you your quotation we answer any and all of your queries to your satisfaction. Once you are completely satisfied with everything we will invite you to make either a deposit or full payment depending on how close your pick up date is. If you have made a deposit we will remind you before your final balance is due. On payment of the final balance you will be sent your documentation which includes your Motorhome rental voucher.

Paying For Your Motorhome Rental:

Unlike many companies, we work in the currency of our suppliers operating six different currency accounts through HSBC. When you make your payment there are three methods of providing us with your credit card details (1) secure on-line payment form (2) by telephone (3) by fax.

We can of course also accept payment by bank transfer and cheque.

You will always know beforehand how much is going to be charged as we always advise you of this.
